Samer Saffarini
Samer Saffarini co‑founded Brightcall with Johan Nilsson in 2018. He helped build the AI‑powered communication platform from the ground up, focusing on removing friction from business‑to‑client communications. As a strategic partner and investor, he continues to guide Brightcall’s mission to rethink how companies connect with buyers.

Maxim Saffarini
Head of Sales & Partnerships EMEA. Maxim Saffarini leads Brightcall’s sales and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined Convolo AI in 2020, progressing from an Account Executive to Head of Customer Success before taking on his current role. Earlier in his career he held roles in accounting, customer support and web development and earned a BSc in Enterprise Systems and Service Design from Stockholm University.

Ruslan Yusupov
Ruslan Yusupov
Ruslan Yusupov oversees Brightcall’s technology and product development. His career spans roles as a web developer and software engineer before joining SIPUNI.com in 1, where he built high‑traffic telephony systems and managed a 24/7 international voice service. In 2018 he became CTO of Convolo Communications AB, designing Brightcall’s cloud infrastructure integrated with PBX and CRM systems. He holds degrees in economics and information technology and is based in Dubai, UAE.
